I've been to this museum a few times, and there was always a friendly volunteer to greet you when you go in, however this time(July 14th) a young lady with dyed green colour in her hair was at the front area. She didn't look up didn't acknowledge us in any way(2 teenage guys were also there volunteering and didn't acknowledge us either). I've worked in museums before and your always supposed to smile, welcome the tourists to the museum talk a tiny bit about the building tell them if they have any questions to let you know and ask them to sign the guest book. The director of the museum needs to have a talk with the young volunteers and inform them how to properly interact with people, no excuse to be rude, people who work in a museum should have a passion for history not look like they could care less, McDonald's and Tim Hortons is always hiring if you need...
