Teja island is an island in the city of Valdivia, Chile, surrounded by three rivers: Cau-Cau river to the north, Cruces river to the west and Valdivia river to the southeast. Prior to the mid-19th century, the island was known as isla Valenzuela after Francisco de Valenzuela, an encomendero that settled there in 1552.

Lindo lugar para llegar o cruzar caminando por el puente Pedro de valdivia.Tenemos el jardín botánico de la UACH totalmente gratuito. Recomiendo llevar agua, se puede hacer picnic en sus extensos jardines y descansar bajo hermosas especies de árboles. También hay locomoción a la.puerta ida y regreso a valdivia.🖒

Isla fluvial que pertenece a Valdivia y es vecina. Para acceder a ella desde el centro de la ciudad se hace a través del Puente Pedro Valdivia. Acá está el mejor hotel frente al humedal y al río, Puerta del Sur. Además, tienes un minimarket, una iglesia y un parque.
