First, the dorm fees are exorbitant, yet the heating system in winter is utterly ineffective—the indoor temperature feels even colder than outside. What’s equally disappointing is the unprofessional attitude of the dorm management staff, particularly the dorm supervisor who acts friendly on the surface but behaves with blatant bias. She nitpicks and deliberately targets certain students during room inspections, while turning a blind eye to those she favors. When handling complaints, she verbally promises to "resolve issues promptly," but behind the scenes, she delays, evades responsibility, and even gossips about students’ private matters. This two-faced behavior has severely eroded our trust in the management.
The dorm’s cramped living space offers minimal storage—each student’s closet can barely hold a few items of clothing. Instead of acknowledging the inadequate facilities, the supervisor blames us for "owning too much stuff," adding insult to injury by absurdly enforcing a "cleanest dormitory" competition. Worse yet, the dorm staff frequently enter rooms without knocking, violating our privacy and making it impossible to focus on studying or living comfortably.
