Chimelong Paradise — Attraction in Guangzhou City

Of course we need to see Panda when in China! One of the most beautiful and advance zoo I ever visited in the world. The animals are well fed and well taken care of, clean, green and beautiful environment, good sanitation and hygiene as the smell is so minimal and almost none. This is the place where the famous triplets panda in the world that got guiness book of record. They also have small medical care facilities to show, super advance including the eggs incubators, operation table and MRI.. amazing how they really comitted and dedicated. Que during entry in the morning is in good order and not at all chaotic altho many small kids and old people in their wheelchair. They have hanging trains and safari cars too. In between many attractions happening, circus people in all their glorious costumes, clowns… the staffs are friendly and helpful, inside a lot of food and drinks places, and many cute souvenirs shops. A large, well-maintained theme park with multiple roller-coasters. The signature attraction, Ten Inversions Coaster was especially violent, being rather nauseating. Most thrill rides have a height limitation of 1.4m-1.95m which is rather restrictive. Outside food is prohibited and guards will check every bag to enforce this. The food inside is sub-par, with fried chicken coming out with a thick, hard flour layer encasing a solid lump of flesh. I would recommend starving yourself instead. English translations are provided for most signs, though more professional translation is needed. Signs often turned out comical, with 'no smoking' rendered as 'no fireworks' and 'no trampling' (stepping on) as 'no tramping(hiking)' The park is rather quiet on school days, with queues topping out at half an hour with large school groups around and half that without schools. They are decommissioning the Eastern side of park and building Condos. The Motobike ride is demolished, and Rocket Launcher looks closed for similar fate.

The 10 Inversion coaster is more gimmicky than fun and knocks your head violently from side to side.

Dive Coaster is superb and nicely supports one perfectly thru drops and curves.

Young Star Coaster is the only Family Fun thrill ride and is always worth it.

Winter weekday lines were nonexistent, so made whole day pleasant. Low 100cm minimum height was appreciated.

Minimum rider height of 120cm was surprisingly high for many rides best geared to kids. Enforcement appeared stricter for foreigners vs local kids of same height.
