Did my first hike in Hong Kong at Dragon’s Back during my trip, recommended by a friend as it’s beginner friendly and easy to follow. From the train station, I took a bus to Shek O and in about 15 minutes arrived at the starting point. The hike itself is fairly easy, though some parts can be slippery if it drizzles. After about 15–20 minutes you’ll reach a viewpoint with a stunning and relaxing scenic view of Dragon’s Back. You can continue the trail for up to 3 hours to reach the end point.
