Lion Rock, 495-meter above sea level, is a famous landmark in Hong Kong. Looking at it from a distance, it resembles a lion sitting on the rocky ridge. There are many trails leading up to the peak. Many hikers would go up along a trail and come down via another trail. The trails are clearly marked and very well maintained by the authorities.
