新界五大氏族の１つである鄧族の一派である屏山鄧族が信仰する土地神の祠。詳細な解説は屏山鄧族文物館暨文物徑訪客中心の展示にある（画像４）。それによると村の出入り口や端に設けられて邪悪災厄が入って来るのを防ぎ、村落を守る役割を果たしているとか。日本でいう「さえの神」といったところか。その表徴として石が２つ立てられて祀られており、それは「不設神像、而是以天然石塊象徴神霊之體」であり、こうした形態が「中国早期原始宗教的無像崇拝特徴」を保持しているそう。村落の中には他にも同型の社壇があるが、ここは特に村落を通る水を聚めた細長い池に沿ってあり、その池の中にはきちんと土止めを施され、木々の繁茂する中島がある。この池と中島に関しては解説はないが、何かありそうな気がするのは穿ちが過ぎ...
