Silverstrand Beach — Attraction in Hong Kong

Small beach with decent showering and changing room facilities, better than those in Clear Water Bay 2nd beach. The changing rooms are relatively small, but the large showering facilities makes up for that.

Great beach for those who want to avoid crowds, though as with any other beaches it can get a little crowded during the weekends of summer.

Seawater quality and visibility varies throughout the year but it tends to be polluted with floating rubbish after several days of heavy rain. On good days, underwater visibility could reach upwards of 3 meters though it's usually under 2 meters.
