不得不試的雞脾包 今日來到粉嶺，終於有機會試到聞名已久的雞脾包。 ～雞脾🍗包（$10) 原隻雞下脾藏在麵包內，脹卜卜，賣相不俗。懷蒈麵包不是鬆軟那種，而是較為挺身的，包面還加上香口白芝麻。包內的連皮的雞脾🍗，肉質不會乾，味道不濃，不錯呀。 一口咬下，既有包又有雞肉連皮，口感多元化。十元一個雞脾包性價比甚高，既飽肚又便宜，值得推介。 ～酥皮叉燒包 菠蘿皮好脆口，稍嫌叉燒份量不多。 ～紫薯包 綿滑紫薯蓉內有著小粒紫薯，口感更佳。味道適中，麵包軟糯。 ～椰絲檳 椰絲份量也不少，甜味突出。翻熱後，外脆內軟，不錯。 這店的麵包包底不會油膩，不會黐牙，醎甜適中。除了搶手雞脾包外，其他我試到的也不錯喎！

雞脾包 $9.5 想來這個應該是全香港🇭🇰第一間港式麵包店設有的特色美食！有誰會想到，麵包的餡料會是一隻雞腿🍗呢？ 店家會先把原隻雞下腿以豉油醃好後烤焗，再塞進麵粉團再烤至粉團熟邊，馳名的雞脾包出爐！ 吃的時候必定是一手拿著雞腿骨大口撕🤣，入口先嚐到鬆軟微甜的麵包，再吃到鹹香十足的雞腿肉，由於雞腿的肉汁仍然保留著，故此不會覺得太乾身口感不錯呢 不要少看這個麵包，看似份量不太大其實蠻飽肚的，加上不用十塊錢便可以吃到餡料十足的麵包，性價非常高！絕對是值得嘗試的創意美食～

噂のパン屋です！ コスト度外視したサービス満點とのこと。

店頭に立ってびっくり！ 店內にはレジ待ちのお客様でぎっしりでした。

怯むことなく店內の行列の間を超えて， 奧にあるイートインコーナーへ。

カウンター席とテーブル席があり， 既に8割程，客席が埋まっていました。

私が注文したのはいくらスパゲティセット。 連れはハンバーグセットを注文。

セットはそれぞれサラダとコーヒーが付いていますが， 「イートインなのに900円代はちょっと高い」と思いました。

が，食べてびっくり，「旨し！」 どう表現したら良いかわからないのですが， 味付けが他のそれとは明らかに違うのです。

ハンバーグは昔懐かしいステーキハウスの味， いくらパスタはスパイスや薬味が效いてコクのある和風パスタ。

持ち帰りのパンコーナーのグラタン500円やパスタは， 料理はちょっとお休みしたい主婦やOLにぴったり！

並べた商品があっという間に売れていく， まさに飛ぶように売れるのをイートインから眺めながら， 「商品力のある美味しいパン屋は口コミで広がり常連が付くんだなぁ」 と，シミジミ感じました。

間違いなく私も連れも常連になると思います。 連れは早速，お土產を買っていました。

次はグラタンを買って帰るぞー！ パン好...
