Read moreThis is the old site of Ming Dynasty gate and emperor palace. There is still the ancient stone walkway and some carved stones in the surrounding park (Wuchaomen Park), along with a waterway. Many locals frequent this park for daily exercise, and there are two open areas for large groups of people to meet. Very nice trees surround this area and you can climb the steps to the top of the gate for a nice view of the park. The park is kept immaculately clean and even when there are a lot of people, it is not crowded. The nearby metro stop is named after this site...
