This place is has terrible customer service. I found it through the viva mall website, saw a promotion it advertised. Once at the location the front stated that was not their store or website. I showed the staff and mentioned if that is an error they need to fix it as it is wrongfully advertised. The front staff person went to go talk to the manager and they didnt speak to me about it. I've visited other zero gravity in the United States and this one has poor representation of the company's customer service. Buenos días Ayer tuvimos el festejo de nuestro hijo en el local, la verdad me quedé con una sensación amarga, para empezar la torta tenía un número 3 cuando yo había específicado que mi hijo cumplía 5, pudieron solucionar el problema pero el 5 que le pusieron a la torta no tenía el mismo color de la decoración, pedí globos amarillos rojos y azules y les agregaron unos de color azul claro que no había pedido. Durante la fiesta ingresaban nenes que no eran invitados, entraba y salía gente acortando camino por el lugar donde estaba la fiesta y en varias ocasiones tuve que aclarar a algunos niños que era un cumple privado y no un evento solidario ya que agarraban dulces y papas fritas sin permiso, creo que deberían poner a alguien en la puerta del lugar o manejarlo mejor ya que fue totalmente incómodo y agotador. Y por último uno de nuestros invitados se partió la pera con una punta que había SIN protección, si es un lugar para saltar todo debería estar protegido para evitar al máximo accidentes como el que ocurrió ya que el nene termino en la urgencia y tuvieron que darle 4 puntos. Dentro del espacio para saltar había mucha cantidad de gente y se mezclaban nenes de 5 años con adolescentes de 16, no me parece adecuado ya que pudieron haber accidentes peores, lamentablemente no recomendaré el lugar. Great spot for the kids and adults! if it is your first time remember to go to the 4th floor next to the Papa John's. A bit expensive but worth it in my opinion. The family loved it plus it was air conditioned and relaxed. Go off peak and you pretty much have the place to yourself (after it opens until 4:00).
