Cascada San Miguel — Attraction in Santa Rosa de Cabal

First of all it is a beautiful place. The hotel is amazing. Spacious rooms with wall to ceiling windows. The hot and cold waterfalls are truly unique. However a few things can be improved. First to get there you need to traverse this pot riddled road. When arriving we found there were no changing rooms. We had to wait till exactly 3am to be allowed in our rooms though our rooms were ready. The food is included in the price but to a foodie subpar. This is the location of the Santa Rosa Termales Hotel. It is a luxury hotel with breakfast, lunch, dinner and drinks. The atmosphere was very nice and it felt well organised. You can book online although it was not very clear what we booked. If you stay at the hotel you can visit the pools 4 around the hotel (not the famous thermals, that entrance costs extra and is 15mins away by foot). Surrounded by amazing nature and hot springs. Be aware, the place is privately owned and there is a fee to access it. However, it is totally worth the visit.
