My wife and I walked to this beach from our cruise ship. It took approximately 30 minutes. The first entrance is between two bars and takes you to a small cove. A bit north is another entrance and is much nicer. There are lots of trees and shade, along with logs to sit on and a few repurposed tables. It would be a nice place to bring a hammock. The "beach " is very rocky and you probably won't do much more than wade out a bit. Also, because of turbulence, there most likely are many undercurrents, keep an eye on your kids. It was maintained as best as can be expected, but don't have high expectations. Lots of crashing waves hitting the rocks to make for nice pictures.

I tried to like this beach but it was very dirty, SO MANY KIDS DRINKING & SMOKING POT. The police were there 2x, while I was watching the sunset for disturbances, just find another beach. There's not really much to do at this beach cause you can't go in the water it's so rocky & shallow you'll hurt yourself. Sunset was amazing but that's about it, it seemed like a local chill spot, especially since there's 2 bars right behind it
