Im Inneren gibt es Elemente aus dem Barock (Holzkanzel), der Renaissance (steinerne Kanzeln) und der Gotik. Direkt aus dem Kirchenschiff gelangt man in die Kirche Sveti Kvirin aus dem 12. Jahrhundert mit historischen und modernen sakralen Kunstwerken.

Krčka katedrala jedna je od najstarijih katedrala u Hrvatskoj. Ostaci datiraju još iz 5. stoljeća. Smeta mi što je jedina uz Gospićku katedralu bez pravih crkvenih orgulja. U stvari ima ih, ali su zapuštene, tj. stoje samo za ukras, a riječ je o vrlo vrijednim orguljama venecijanske radionice Callido iz 1815.
