Small museum, but quite informative for local istrian things. Hoped to find more about Sipar, but the first floor is being reworked currently. Nevertheless I enjoyed this museum and it's beautiful old building. It also features a small area for kids and something for blind people. Well done! I don't know if it's free all the time, but the charming lady on the entrance/ground floor said: "Come in! It's free" and even if she was just a seasonal worker, she did...
