Savudrija Lighthouse — Attraction in Grad Umag

According to the legend, it was built by order of the Austrian count Metternich, who fell in love with a girl from Savudrija and wanted to build a love nest there. The Lighthouse of Savudrija was built in 1818. It is the oldest Lighthouse on Adriatic sea, which is still in use. Total height 36m. Build by arhitect Pietra Nobilea in less then a year. In the vicinity of the lighthouse we can find characteristic boat lifts-grues. The lighthouse at this location is a must-see for anyone who appreciates the beauty of nature and history. The old lighthouse is breathtaking and sadly there is no more light that it would emit. Despite the crowds during peak season, the area remains peaceful and serene. The crystal-clear water and stunning sunsets make it a perfect spot for photography. Even during the off-season, the surrounding area is beautiful and calm, providing a great spot for a peaceful walk or a picturesque photo opportunity. Diese Rezension bezieht sich auf Camping Savudrija und zwar an der Seite beim Leuchtturm. An sich sehr schöner Campingplatz beim Leuchtturm und direkt am Meer. Die Parzellen sind eben und ausreichend groß. Sehr zu wünschen übrig lassen die Duschen und Sanitäranlagen. Die entsprechen in etwa dem Standart in Albanien vor 15 Jahren. Wir haben in Kroatien noch keine schlechteren gefunden. Die Anlagen sind weder sauber noch technisch in akzeptablen Zustand. Es handelt sich um einfache Container in die die WCs und Duschen hineingebastelt wurden. Viel zu klein und muffig! Ich sag nur Duschvorhang.... Ebenfalls verbesserungswürdig ist die Information an der Rezeption. Der Mitarbeiter war nicht im Stande den Weg zur Parzelle zu beschreiben. Dafür steht ein Securtity im Raum herum dessen Aufgabe vorrangig darin bestand, auf den Dresscode der Gäste zu achten. Wenn aber mehr als die empfohle Anzahl der Gäste im Raum war schritt er aber nicht ein........ein Arbeitsplatz mit Einsparpotenzial..... Als gänzlich unmöglich empfand ich aber, dass die (Strom)Versorgungssäulen allesamt offen standen! Und zwar in der Art, dass sämtliche Kabel und Klemmen also die gesamte Installation, offen, ungeschützt und frei zugänglich waren. Das geht eigentlich gar nicht! Leute da laufen auch Kinder rum!!
