I have watched amazing concerts there. The place is a hidden pearl to find the best experimental music (and not only) concerts. I have seen various genres and productions and all of the where memorable and the tickets are cheap for the quality of the production. Highly recommended to just go there in a random event and have a beer.

The water tower itself is ugly. Fortunately, a modernist kindergarten was established next to it, which gives this place a new character. The tower is overgrown with ivy that climbs the concrete wall of the building. When the entire facility grows, it will be a wonderful green lump.
