India — Restaurant in Copenhagen Municipality

Ordered through just eat app. Chicken tandoori , butter chicken , chooley poori , gajjar halwa and ras malai. Let’s start with the Pros , well the quantity of the savory dishes was as described not more not less , and these dishes tasted fresh. The naan was good. Pooris we’re OK if you’re into seafood pooris but I am sure they fired them in the same oil they had fried fish/prawns in earlier cause they tasted and smelled like seas food. Now cons. Chooley too spicy ,butter chicken sweet and a fake buttery after taste. I make better gajjar halwa than their’s , it wasn’t made in desi ghee or Khoya , it tasted of vegetable oil and boiled carrots with sugar. Ras malai? Well it was made of bread or something very spongy and I am quite certain it was not at all fresh since after tasting it I have stomach ache. I really wonder who makes the food since any chef from India or Pakistan wouldn’t be making such poor food ! I mean even home cooks make better food than this. I make better food than this and I use Shan masalas. Such a let down. And mind you this isn’t cheap. Costed...

I ordered on Wolt seeing the 9.0 review score. It was a very rainy day so I was understanding about the delay. Took almost 2 hours for delivery. But the worst part was it was not worth the wait or money. I unfortunately got such bad food poisoning. It hit me the next day in the middle of my work shift(working as a chef). The pain in my stomach while I sat on the toilet was so bad that i almost fainted. I was nervous when eating the food and it was not worth the risk. The chicken and lamb both had sour/off/old taste. Even the coconut shavings in the Peshwari naan tasted off. The only thing that tasted fine was the mint chutney and garlic naan. Needless to say, I will not be ordering...

I usually never give bad rating to any restaurant because somehow every restaurant is working hard to makes customer happy. But this one is the worst. We ordered 3 different dishes- Chicken Jalfrezi, Karai Paneer with Jeera Rice and Poori-Choley. Poori-Choley was really tasty and delicious. But Karai Paneer was just okay, no real traditional taste and too much onion. Rice was hard, not cooked well and Chicken Jalfrezi was also old, we could feel the little bit rotten taste , this was not acceptable to us. Price was not expensive compared to other restaurants in Copenhagen but I can not be recommended. Overall...
