The National Park Center Thy is a fantastic place, especially for families with small children. The exhibitions are thoughtfully designed to be engaging and interactive. Local volunteers are always around, friendly and eager to answer any questions you might have. Best of all, admission is completely free. A visit here is definitely worth your time!

Unser gestriger Besuch im Nationalparkzentrum Thy war ein echtes Highlight für die ganze Familie. Schon beim Betreten des modernen, harmonisch in die Dünenlandschaft eingebetteten Gebäudes spürten wir die besondere Verbindung zwischen Architektur und Natur. Die Ausstellung bot eine faszinierende Einführung in die Entstehung der Landschaft, die Flora und Fauna sowie die Geschichte des Nationalparks Thy. Besonders das detailreiche Landschaftsmodell half uns, die verschiedenen Lebensräume und Wanderwege besser zu verstehen. 
Für unsere Kinder war die Ausstellung ein echtes Abenteuer. Sie konnten mit magnetischem Sand spielen, Vogelstimmen erraten, Insekten entdecken und ausgestopfte Tiere streicheln. Ein interaktiver Film über die Vorgeschichte des Nationalparks fesselte uns alle und vermittelte auf unterhaltsame Weise Wissen über die Region. 
Die freundlichen freiwilligen Nationalpark-Gastgeber standen uns mit wertvollen Tipps für weitere Erkundungen zur Seite. Dank ihrer Empfehlungen planten wir spontane Ausflüge in die umliegende Natur. Das Zentrum selbst, mit seinen großzügigen Räumen und der gelungenen Verbindung von Innen- und Außenbereichen, war ein inspirierender Ausgangspunkt für unsere Entdeckungstouren.
