I've been to several "natural pools" (the Cayman's, Aruba, Costa Rica, etc.) But this was one of the most lively!!! We had a great experience. 👍 The only thing I will say bad about it is there's lots of vendors selling gjings from 🍸 🍹 drinks, jewelry, and souvenirs. I purchased a hat made from fresh palm 🍃 leaves. You'll see the hat in some of my photos. Dont do the ones that are fresh ....most have " red palm mites " and there not friendly. Their bites are like mosquitoes....and they're so small it's hard to see them. 👀 Didn't find that out until I got back to the states. We we detained because of the hat ...the first officer that saw me approaching ...immediately said " you just came from the Dominican 🇩🇴 Republic didn't you"! I said " yes how'd you know" she said "because 😏 of that hat"! Needless to say. They confiscated it ..and the officer who took it immediately inspectedhis hand and arm and applied sanitizer to himself!!! Other than that our trip...

Read moreWe went to this sandbar while on a terrible boat ride. This sandbar looked nothing like the pictures they showed us when we booked. There were about six other boats out there, each blaring different music obnoxiously loudly. Not relaxing in any way, so maybe we could jump in the water and enjoy swimming around.... Nope! You can not escape the vendors anywhere. Yep, that's right they had put their cheap hats and unsafe drinks on makeshift floating bars and swim around annoying what was supposed to be a relaxing trip and was anything but. The water is mucky and wasn't blue. Nothing like a natural pool or whatever they call it, it was just a loud cove. Find a truly nice spot to post up far...
