The place is not bad at all, but they do need to invest in a lot of maintenance for their amenities. You can tell they haven't done so in a while, and it shows. All of the employees were friendly and helpful, however, I think they are not given enough support to provide the excellent service they want to give the guests. Again, it's not the employees, it's the management of the hotel that needs a lot of improvement, we only had issues with them. Other than that, we had a good time, the food was great and the people are so welcoming and nice, we would really like to come back just to hang with them, but not because of how "great" the hotel is. MY WIFE HAS A DISABILITY , GETTING AROUND AT THIS LOCATION IS TERRIBLE. IT WAS EVEN WORSE NOT BEING ABLE TO GET A ROOM ON THE FIRST FLOOR. THEY NEED DISABILITY/DISABLED SHUTTLES ONLY , PEOPLE WILL RUN YOU OVER TO GET ON THE SHUTTLES WHEN THE LOCATION IS CROWDED BECAUSE OF THE LONG WAIT TIME DUE TO LIMITED SHUTTLES AVAILABLE. THERE WAS A FAMILY NEXT DOOR TO ME THAT WAS LITERALLY CRYING BECAUSE THEY BECAME MEMBERS AND WANTED TO CANCEL WITHIN THE 3 DAYS AND WENT BACK THE NEXT DAY AND THEY DIDN'T VOID THE CONTRACT , WAS ADVISED STRONGLY NOT TO BECOME A MEMBER IF OFFERED. I WOULD DEFINITELY TAKE A TOUR NEXT TIME TO SEE FOR MYSELF WHAT THE LIES ARE IN PURCHASING A MEMBERSHIP. First come, first serve. I roomed the farthest from the beach, Crown suites. If you don't get there when it opens, 8am, you will not get prime cabanas vs the people who have rooms next door to beach. The beach is divided into 5 sections? So this beach serves everybody (visitors and members)!!! About 4 bars and one sushi stand. If that's not your bag, casablanca is about 2 flights up the hill. We alternated btw pool and beach because of the timing. It also was the closest gym to workout? Ying Yang spa. Didn't see Presidency. Overall still great.
