The first day I arrived the staff was very attentive to myself and my family at the tropical section which was where my accommodation were situated. The second day not so much not only did I observe young men and women smoking weed along several corridors were my 3 year old child would have to frequently walk that is just unacceptable. The restrictions that this hotel/resort in terms of food are ridiculous. You are unable to take food to your room yet individuals on the property are able to elicit illegal activity such as somking weed, under age drinking etc. I request chicken nuggets and french fries and I was unable to take the food to my three year old child whom was sleeping in the room. Needles to say I was forced to purchase food outside the property. My wife also fell ill during our brief stay here and I also requested if food can brought to her the staff member rolled her eyes and told me absolutely not I do not care her health status those are the rules. I again was forced to purchase food outside the resort grounds. The room nextdoor also appeared to be reserved by a group of young men whom screamed and yelled until 3am. The worst resort experience I've ever had. I would stay away from this particular section of the resort especially with children. The reason for the trip was to celebrate a close friends birthday but unfortunately it was ruined. 1st and last time I would ever stay in this particular resort. Beautiful resort but poorly ran. I spoke with the day supervisor and I seemed to be bothering her when I brought up these issues. The night supervisor Gregory was much more understanding in regards to the problems.

A beautiful beach on a lovely resort. Only open to VIP members of Lifestyle which keeps it peaceful. They have a new food menu which is welcome. Lots of lovely sunbeds, hammocks and comfy chairs. Cocktails galore. Beware of sea urchins in the ocean just to the right of the beach by the rocks. There are warning signs not to venture beyond the resort edge - take note as we witnessed the skillful work of the lifeguard helping a guest in pain.

We enjoyed this as an excursion from our cruise ship. The place was very clean. Even had a guy stabbing leaves as the fell so not to accumulate on the beach. The quiet, peacefulness was wonderful. Our trip included lunch and drinks. The food was delicious and the drinks were as well. The staff was very attentive. I did some snorkeling, but it was so so.

One of the nicest beaches at Lifestyle. Water is clear and even a few decent snorkelling spots. You do get a lot of algae in Puerto Plata beaches, so it's not like Punta Cana beautiful, but all the hammocks, beds, swings, and cabanas make it a great beach to lounge and relax. Servers are great, and the Oh Crepes crepes on it are wonderful. It has 3 bars, an oyster bar and a decent outdoor restaurant - but definitely try a crepe! If you have a black or white band, then the food at nearby Deja View beach is even better, but we love hanging at the gold band Serenity even though we receive white bands. There is name brand alcohol at all VIP beaches, which is one thing that sets Lifestyle above most other...

Very friendly staff with gorgeous view of the water. On the Princess cruise we went on this was definitely our favorite excursion. We could have stayed in our little bed on the beach drinking presidente on tap all day long. The resort looked really nice and we will look at booking a room here on a future vacation since the cruise excursion does not give you enough time at this Paradise. The staff was very good at accommodating any requests we had and you could even you the entire...
