Nice museum with rotating art exhibits on the lower level. Entry was free. Budgeting an hour to spend here is enough. Small but interesting exhibition rooms with relevant artifacts. Note all/most descriptions/signs were in Spanish. Not incredibly detailed, but I enjoyed it as it kept the museum from being too overwhelming. Most rewarding was seeing the old pictures of the city that lined the walls and hallways in between the exhibition rooms.
