This place is unsafe. The owners are unresponsible and disrespectful, they have two unleashed dogs belonging to the garden of this center. The dogs attacked me and one of my friends, they caused many serious injuries to my arm and leg. In past incident, the rabid dogs attacked one the women working in this place and caused serious injuries to her arm, however the owners kept them after the accident without taking any safty measures to protect visitors.
