Where do i even start, paid £120 for me and my child to hang on to a dolphins fins while it pulled us around a pool like an obedient little robot. these animals seems soul-less, was like a conveyor belt. this was supposed to be 10 minutes, my partner timed us, we got 6.5 minutes, 4 of those were spent posing for photos which they sell back to you! so they use YOUR paid for time, to produce more things they can sell back to you! also, once i got in the water, my son was too scared to hold the dolphin to have him pulled round, so they made my son cling to my back while i get pulled round, so they dont have to give me either more time (not that i even got my full 10 minutes anyway) or a refund. my son came round ONCE, didnt do anything else other than sit on the side. my partner decided he wanted a turn so he paid, he stood near the pool and a dolphin popped its head out and was 'smiling' at him as my partner pulled faces (not in a mean way) and he was told to move, he wasnt in the way he was literally front of the queue waiting for the current people to finish. god forbid he get some interaction for free, that was the least robot-like id seen any of those dolphins all day. so when my partner finally gets his turn, he got 14 minutes. so the 10 minutes is what you pay for but they seem to pick and choose, some people get less than they paid for while others get more. you dont get your moneys worth if your child is terrified, you dont always get your full time, but its like a conveyor belt, you share the pool with other people during your 10 minutes, hold the dolphins fins and it drags you round the pool like youve pressed a button on a machine. i felt guilty AND ripped off for giving this place my money. dont...

I went there last week with my wife and daughter as it was her dream to swim with Dolphin. This place plays on kids and family emotion to swim with Dolphin to mint money. This place is all about how administration can money. They charge 60 USD/EUR to swim for literally 60 sec, they advertise 5 min which includes, changing, waiting, small training etc. They don't let you take pictures so that they can then sell their own. Naturally the experience for 60 sec is great and pic they take will force you buy a few at 8 EUR/USD a piece as your kids will not leave without the memories. Before the swim there is show which is supposed to be 60 min, of which 30 min is spent on an auction of random strokes the dolphin do on a cardboard, while a few people participate in auction, literally other 100 twiddle their fingers and wish the auction gets over, which wont be quick as they will keep doing rounds. For rest 30 min the kind of sequence is worst I have seen when compared to other place like Spain, Greece, Turkey etc. All in all the whole show is to mint money with no regards of the tourists and it all dependens and who pays the most, which hotel you are from and rest fell like second class citizens

I would not suggest going to this place, as there are much better places in other countries. Best is not to build up expectation with kids about this park. There are many other things you can do in Hurghada which are worth the money like taking the boat tour to island and corals or safaris jeed/quad in the desert...

Very very bad service complete cheating company, I have ordered for 9 persons for 170 Egypt pound each when we came out there they saw we where from another country so they want to reduced it to 600 Egypt pound (30€) we went home again and lost 400 Egypt pound for the transfer and next day the company we made the reservation call them and they apologise and next day was better get In and saw the show it was ok. Find but the then we want to swim with the dolphin the 55 € Egypt pound for the 5 minute we call our agency and he made it for 50€ for 10 min so don't buy any think from them they cheat the tourist very much by the way one of my friend went to buy a can of coke he pay 40 Egypt pound I went there and spoke Arabic with them I got 4 coke and 6 water for 100 Egypt pound so this is very discusting cheating company. Then we swim with the dolphin 7 persons after swimming they want 28 € for video and 8 € for one picture it will be a lot of amount of money and you may not take pictures or video so they can sell you your experience I hate this kind of cheating company. I want the owner of the Dolphin world to know that what is happing don't cheat the tourist it's not a good way to make money it will damage the tourism for Egypt I will contact the tourist police and make a police rapport to stop this kind of business. If any one want any info or how to ordre or how to get cheap ticket...

I recently attended a dolphin show that truly exceeded all my expectations. Having been to several dolphin shows around the world, including those in the USA, I can confidently say that this one stood out as exceptional. From the moment the dolphins made their grand entrance to the final bow, the entire performance was mesmerizing. The level of skill and coordination displayed by both the trainers and the dolphins was simply awe-inspiring. It was evident that a tremendous amount of dedication and care went into training these magnificent creatures. What truly set this show apart was the genuine connection between the trainers and the dolphins. It was clear that there was a deep bond of trust and mutual respect, which elevated the performance to new heights. The venue itself was also top-notch, with comfortable seating and excellent visibility from every angle. The atmosphere was electric, with audience members of all ages cheering and applauding throughout the show. Overall, I left the dolphin show feeling not only entertained but also deeply moved by the incredible bond between humans and animals. If you're looking for a truly unforgettable experience, I highly recommend checking out this dolphin show.

Great day put at dolphin world. Great show, well trained dolphins, and seal show. We opted to use Falcon Travel Said El Mezien. Come highly recommended on the jaz aquaviva Facebook site. They didn't disappoint as a company. Picked up in private taxi outside the resort entrance met by Sam, who stayed with us all day, we swam with the dolphins and had photos and videos with them. Show cost is £280 for 4 people, including transfers private taxi back to resort. Photos are $8 dollars each, which can be expensive. Buy you get 15, you get all the photos digitally and 15 printed. Around £90. We also got the videos as they do it in groups of two. These cost $27 dollers each. Expensive day out, but we'll worth it for the videos and photos really interactive with the dolphins. We were concerned about the welfare of the dolphins, but they seem happy, well-fed, not underweight, and very responsive, so overall, fantastic. Cons Price of photos, drinks, and videos(this is always to be expected). Avoid camels at entrance, and pony rides were what are guide said

It is nice to try it. It cost 150 Egyptian pounds for an adult ticket and 75 for children above 6 years. The ticket for photo and swimming with dolphins is extremely expensive, it cost 850 egyptian pounds for only 15 min swimming with dolphins. However, the show is nice, it is around 1 hour, good coach and they are well trained as well. The problem is there is to much talking and advertisement in the middle of the show, the show was stopped for almost 30 min just for blaaa blaaa blaaa. If your child is less than 6 years he will not enjoy that much. However the show is amazing for adults. There is only one show per day, it start daily at 1030 HRS. Saturday is off. The place provide transportation from and to the hotel you are staying at as well. It is strongly recommended to but tickets from the place, as booking from the hotels is almost double the price. Transportation and booking is available from their web site and it is granted. Transportation is made by mini buses, and it costs 75 egyptian pounds for adults,
