Read moreHave used the go bus many times and never had any problems but this one time was a complete nightmare. We went into the office two to three days before we wanted to travel to book and pay for our seats and choose where we wished to sit, we booked and payed elite business class seat at front of bus.on day of our departure we went and asked which bus it was only to find out they had changed the buses, no email was sent or received, very was told to sit in the numbered seats we had booked and choose when we booked and payed, so we took our seats only to be told once we got to safaga and other people were getting on that we were in there seats as they had booked the same seats but on the normal go bus, as they had amalgamated both the buses together. We had payed far more than other people so was left with no seats which we had chosen and had to sit at the back of the bus on two very dirty, broken seats which did not recline and the seat came off as the other people would not sit else where and the bus driver said it's not his problem and they had got the same seat numbers.once we moved the Aircon broke and the bus broke down not once but three times, we was informed by another person on the same bus it had happened to them but when they arrived was informed of the change and given a refund of the difference between the two buses, we was not so once we arrived at our destination we had to stand and wait for nearly an hour arguing before we were reimbursed but not the full amount.the bus was extremely dirty, the seats the floor, most seats had chewing gum stuck to them , and they was chewing gum and rubbish still stuck in the compartments where the ashtrays used to be, the curtains were all hanging off and down which was not great when trying to escape the sun and heat as no air conditioning working, we have used this company multiple times but this has really put us off as no customer service just shouted at like we have done something wrong.what is the point of giving a email address when booking if no one sends a message to let you know...
Read moreIt said the bus will have tv, air conditioning, and wifi on their site but it did in fact only had air conditioning. The air conditioning was much better than the one we had in our tourist bus, the guy who sold me tickets was very helpful, and I dont care much about the tv but I was in need of wifi. When I asked about the wifi at the main bustain station, when we arrived, they looked at me like I was asking for more porridge. They told me they have no wifi. There was a wifi called gobus there, but it was locked so I gave up. The trip wss nice, desert is interesting when observed from the air conditioned bus, abn all of the windows had nice shades that you could lift or leave down. The seat in the back was broken though so some girl used it to put her backpack insode it. Rhe driver said he cannot give me the directions about where I have to get off using my google maps (yeah I used my phone mobile data) because he has problems with his eyes but he helped me with directions without looking at my phone anyway. If I had to travel again I would use them again because for the price you pay you get a decent, not great, but decent service all in all with a decent bus. I only traveled with them so I cannot compare. The price is great, like most of the prices in Egypt, very affordable for someone coming from the west. Even if you are lower level of the middle class in...
