Free to visit, even though there's a ticket boot right before getting onto the vista platform, which is even manned, nobody asks any questions if you just continue walking. You need your passport or ID to get into the Entoto park. They'll just take a glance at it and let you in. Its just a short 5 minute walk from the park main entrance, which is also where a parking lot resides. The parking lot is paid and manned by someone collecting the dues.
