The view is just amazing ... Beautiful & peaceful area! I visited the place in June and surprisingly there were no mosquitos there 😜 There is a lovey & cozy hotel named "Liminganlahden luontokeskus" that is just less than 10 mins walking from the bird watching tower. We enjoyed having coffee & local pancakes there :)

It is about an easy 600m walk down to the viewing platform from the car park. It is definitely worth it on a nice day and when the birds are there. You are right on the edge of the bay and the sea. There is a great panorama of the bay. The tower is designed to give easy access to walkers, baby wagons and wheelchairs.

Hieno ja upea lintutornikokonaisuus. Kävimme täällä matkallamme etelään. Torniin oli matkalla useita perheitä lapsineen. Miten tärkeä tällainen mahdollisuus onkaan. On surullista kun saadaan EU tuella rakennettua tällaisia ympäri Suomea ja sit ei olekkaan enää varoja ylläpitää , on lukuisia esimerkkejä tuilla rakennetuista lintulavoista jotka muutaman vuoden päästä rapistuvat ja tulevat käyttökelvottomiksi. Näitä tulisi voida huoltaa ja kunnostaa jotta voisivat palvella pitkään. Tarvitsemme tällaisia 🌹Käy katsomassa ja ihastelemassa. ❤️
