Lovely sensory tour - one of the better ones with educational self guided tour. No pressures to follow the speed of the guide or group. I would highly recommend it. Took us two hours to complete and I think that is a reasonable time to do so thoroughly. Comes with two Champagne too, enjoy it while overlooking the fields - spectacular experience.
However a male receptionist, was snarky and sarcastic when we walked the wrong way, shaking his head in disapproval and passing judgemental glares (FYI we had simply followed the guidance arrows that pointed to the right). Read moreMy son booked this as a champagne museum visit for our family, but it turned out to be so much more. From the personal and friendly welcome ,that promised us a multisensory experience, our family were all captivated by a really wonderful journey through the history of champagne with elements that especially enchanted a one year old baby and a 3 year old toddler-dinosaurs, roots and bubbles. It was a really interesting experience for the adults in our group too-full of fascinating facts and activities. We spent a happy two hours there but would happily have spent longer. The wine tasting was a bonus-the 3year old treated with patience and smiles and she loved her juices!!All the staff were wonderful and kind. I'd recommend it to everyone....

Not sure how is the museum when crowded, but we went in low season and that was great.
