Les Vins Domaine du Closel - Château des Vaults — Attraction in Angers

I had a nice experience at Les Vins Domaine du Closel! Visiting with another family, we were warmly welcomed and treated to a wonderful and personalized tour of the estate. The woman guiding us spoke English and made sure to take her time explaining everything.

The wine tasting was a highlight of our visit, and we especially loved the sweet wines they offered. The pricing was reasonable, and we couldn't resist buying several bottles to take home with us.

What a lovely place to taste wine. The location is idyllic and the staff are well informed on how to guide you through the Wine tasting. This vineyard has a lovely park associated with it that make for a nice stroll with a guides to help you understand what your seeing. I arranged a self-guided tour and tasting via the Rue des Vignerons website. The self-guided tour was really unique and took us on a walk around the vineyard and grounds of the property - as well as the vines we saw some interesting wildlife on the walk.
