Not worth the money. Wish we had read reviews beforehand as would not have went. Issued we came across seem to have been going on for years. Visited 01 Aug 17.
Interactive, multi language attractions are nothing new and can be done so well. This is not one of those.
Entrance on the ground floor is pleasant enough and gift shop ok. Display floors are below. Down to the first level and there is nothing other that a few random posters about surfing that seem out of place.
Things don't improve on the main display floor.
Little or no clear direction about the point of displays and their connection to each other and what order they should be visited in.
Fixed audio stations in French Spanish and English are great thanks but all were clearly old and in poor condition and many did not work in any language and there simply weren't enough. Fixed audio aids also meant you had to queue up to wait fir an ear peace.
Those displays where the audio was played on a speaker could hardly be hard once a nearby display was started.

The exhibits are interactive and I found them interesting, but several did not work properly. The giant heads telling stories about the Bermuda Triangle and other mysteries are supposed to be followed by a video with the explanation, but only one worked for me. The others just shut off after the initial portion. If it's a rainy day in Biarritz, it's worth a visit. I hope they can add more to it...

So we booked it online, and really enjoyed it! 5 of us, including 3 students of 14, 20 and 22 years old. Really liked the 40 minutes movie Antarctica, and the virtual trips amongst the sharks and other sea animals. Very relaxing. The attraction 16 "Seaborg" was great too. Not impressed by the attraction 15 "Surf sensation 5D"though... Didn't really get what was the point of it... For me, not worth the wait... Everything else was great. Had lunch on site. Simple but good. Ended up spending 4 hours there. Definitely very good value for...
