This is an exceptional visit for Bordeaux wine lovers because you can actually see how the coopers from the training college make barrels.

The vineyard is surrounded by the training facilities and it is an amazing experience to see how the oak wood is adapted to form wine barrels without any form of glue.

You will also discover how they toast the wood in different ways in order to create a weak or strong woody taste for the wines that will be held within...
