Un bâtiment absolument superbe qu'il ne faut pas rater dans une visite de Caen ! Il abrite l'artothèque de la ville, où il est possible d'emprunter des tableaux, visiter des expositions ou boire un verre au café qui se trouve sur le toit du palais ducal, aux...

C'est un lieu couramment utilisé pour organiser des repas traiteur et autre vernissage. Il génère de nombreuses nuisances aux riverains pour se garer et émet l'impression de ne servir qu'à une multitude de personne...
