We repeated an excellent tasting that we had back in 2013 and had an equally excellent experience. Over around 70 minutes we tasted a wide variety of their excellent selection of wines. We were surprised at the quality of the 2019 Muscat, a varietal that we had never really liked from this region and also tried many of the superb Grand Crus. We visited Domaine Paul Blanck with the intention to a small tasting. Without a reservation, we got welcomed by Christian, a lovely host. As beginning wine drinkers, he explained us so much about both the area, grapes and wine in general. There were only two other visitors, so he had an abundance of time for us.
