Beautiful wide beach. No walkway or path throught the sand. Nice waves it's good place to surf. There are bunkers from WW2 The old structures are quite impressive to see. There are sinking in the sand over time. You can climb on them . There are no signs at the place You can find some information on the hill...

Beautiful beach and great surf spot. Be careful of the rips and otherwise enjoy the uniqueness of forever changing art presented on the big WWII bunkers. Like all French beaches it is often riddled with plastics that have come in from somewhere else. Remember to do your bit and #take3forthesea and pick up...

It’s definitely a very wide beach but other than if you are super into surfing there isn’t a ton of things around, I found navigating the bathrooms tricky & the beach was quite stoney (only really sandy towards the back section) — other section on the right hand of the beach seems more tranquil and...

Spiaggia eccellente per il surf da onda. Emozionante surfare tra i resti dei bunker tedeschi. Il negozio di noleggio che c'è proprio vicino al centro di assistenza bagnanti noleggia solo tavole da surf soft. Se volete una hard dovete cercare in altri punti di noleggio. Qualche giorno fa ho surfato in questo spot con una tavola soft da 7.8. Onde divertenti. Ottimo spot per principianti in quanto il fondo è sabbioso (e, in maniera riservata, vi posso dire che si può anche camminare per un bel pezzo per far riposare un po' le braccia; questa frase non andrebbe detta da un surfista). Per chi ha un po' più d'esperienza, dopo essere arrivati nelle acque basse, si può uscire e farsi una camminata fino al bordo sinistro della spiaggia accanto (verso la foce del fiume) entrare in acqua, andate a sinistra verso la spiaggia Santoche e con poche bracciate vi ritrovate nella linea di partenza ove prendere le onde.
