Ignore the negative reviews, this place is great for the family. We went to the supermarket 5 mjnutes away, stocked up with food and drinks and the tight swimming trunks (just €9).
We were there when it was 30C+, clear skies. Plenty of usable shade and just €2 for a lounger and umbrella.
Staff were great, place was immaculate, no kids were causing trouble anx the large pool was deep enough for all abilities to enjoy.
One ride under construction, but no queues to speak of and we were there from 11am until 6pm. €15 each, that is just over €2 per hour each, really good value.
Our 6 foot plus 85kg son has special needs, but we had no issues changing or using toilet facilities.
We had a fabulous time, so ignore those negative reviews as we nearly missed this amazing family experience.
Some families turned up with cool boxes loaded with food and drink. There are some big tables and chairs under the shade so easy to have a group party here while the kids burn off those holiday ice creams.
There are also lots of pools and toys for tiny tots and...
Read moreI don't understand the negative reviews. The park is very clean, except for two waterslides that are under reconstruction everything was operational and the personnel was very friendly.
Paying for a deckchair or table is indeed a bit strange (as is €5 for the jacuzzi) but on the other hand: you are allowed to bring your own table and chairs. And otherwise there is sufficient room available on the grass to sit/lie on your towel.
Same goes for food and drinks: afaik you are allowed to bring your own food and drinks into the park. So just do that if you think it's too expensive. Btw it's about 12-14 euro for a pizza and 5 euro for a baguette. I don't think that's really too expensive though.
Pricing for the park itself is also very reasonable as it has quite some other things to do apart from the pools and slides: trampolines, a multitude of bouncy castles, pedal karts and accrobranch.
And yes: men have to wear tight swimming shorts, as in most municipal...
Read moreGreat day out with the kids. Water a bit cool, but obviously not Quercyland's fault. There is so much more than the website indicates: many pools of differing depths, small slides, big slides and a real monster slide, bouncy castles galore, huge inflated pillow, race track for peddle cars/skateboards etc. aerial assault course, small climbing assault course for kids, small peddle boats, trampolines, climbing frames with slides, inflated water spheres, life size family table football, numerous ride on toys, sand pits, the list goes on. The bouncy castles are often too hot for bare feet and shoes are not allowed so socks might be sensible. Entry has gone up to €15 each (including kids over 1.2m tall) which stings a bit, but it still includes everything except the sunbeds, arbour covered tables and the go carts. Loose swimming shorts are no longer allowed, only tight fitting trunks or Speedos. Still a good day out with the...
