Bellissima esperienza sulla strada per conoscere i grandi vini di st Emilion. Frèdèrique ci ha accolto senza particolari formalità (così diffuse nel panorama degli Château della zona) dedicandoci tutto il tempo necessario per spiegarci con professionalità e serietà ma soprattutto pazienza (parlando un francese perfetto quanto comprensibile per noi italiani molto migliore di presentazioni in inglese stentato sperimentate in altre grandi cantine) tutto il processo di produzione del vino dalla vite alla bottiglia. L’esperienza ci ha consentito di condividere la passione profonda e,direi, la capacità artistica necessaria alla creazione di un grande vino. La degustazione generosa e completa (oltre che gratuita) dei prodotti della tenuta ci ha convinti talmente da effettuare acquisti a prezzi ottimi. We stayed for 2 nights in the house as a family of 4. The accomodation was excellent, it has everything you need. The owners were very attentive and kind, they helped us with a BBQ using dried vines and gave us a lovely tour of the vineyard followed by wine tasting.
