Lorient La Base (Billetterie) — Attraction in Lorient

There are several attractions bundled under ‘Le Base’ title. Watch out for multi buy ticket offers and I advise booking ahead because the submarine option in particular can get full. If nothing else you’ll avoid the short queue in the foyer for tickets. This was a really busy attraction on the day we visited, there was a queue for almost every exhibit and it just felt a little crowded. However the exhibits, when you do get to view them, are superb and give a real insight into the latest technology of sailing where France is in the lead currently. There is a restaurant in the same building, but not attached to this museum and the toilets were overcrowded. This is also an expensive attraction at over forty for my family to visit. Un lieu historique de Lorient qui se modernise et laisse place a des musées tous en lien avec la mer sous différents aspects. A faire si vous passez a Lorient. Juste petit info, comme il faut réserver à l'avance vos visites dans les différents musée, il serait bien de mieux expliquer chaque musée et je ne comprend pas pourquoi le flore et sa visite n'est pas jumelé avec le musée du sous marin? .
