AMAZING! Organic, family-owned, delicious winery! Jean was a delight!

We arrived in Nice, and every wine tour with a good rating was booked. So, my boyfriend called Collet Bovis and asked if we could stop in for a private tour and wine tasting. The family obliged, and we arrived the next day at noon. We ubered from Downtown Nice. There were 3 of us. At first, it didn't seem like anyone was home, but Jean popped out of his balcony and greeted us. Jean also stated he couldn't speak English very well, but this is untrue. The more he spoke English, the better he got... he actually speaks several other languages. Note: To Americans who do not travel often, Be patient. You are in his country, at his winery. Have fun and enjoy!

Jean gave us an extensive tour of the organic winery, and allowed us to taste many wines while still in the process of completion. The views of Nice were beautiful (wear comfortable walking shoes, you will climb a hill). At the end, Jean gave us a proper tasting of his favorite [years of] Red, White and Rosé. Delicious!!! The Rosé was by far our favorite, which is surprising because before coming to Southern France, none of us were Rosé drinkers. Now, we actively seek rosés from Bellett and Aux en Provence, France (visit this town if you have a chance, it is wonderful!). We purchased a white and rosé. Both are priced well, and not available outside the region. The tour itself was affordable (I forget the actual price); bring euros. We tipped as well, because Jean was awesome, and we had a wonderful time! This tour is a must if you enjoy wine, culture, and the wisdom of a generous, hard-working man. I would recommend it to anyone traveling in the...

What a perfect vineyard and what a lovely owner! We were with a group of 14 people. Every wonderful charming description in the reviews is true! Such a beautiful place and the owner Jean is very knowledgeable! Het explains in French, but is sure to help you understand with a few words of English and German. You can see he is passionate about his wines and the proces of making them!

The wines themselves make for a wonderful gift as they are good in taste and are surprising in their undertones of flavours. Jean is eager to see your reaction when you taste his wines. We have had a wonderful time and really recommend visiting...

My boyfriend and I had an fantastic day arranged by get your guide. We chose the cycling trip up to the vineyard (1,5 hours with many breaks) by electrical bikes, and it was a fantastic trip. When we arrived, we met with one of the people who worked there. He told us about how the wine was made from the plant and until to the wine was in the bottle. Very good tour. After the presentation we got to taste a rosé, a young white wine, a barrel white wine and a red wine. Generous portions :) After we got to eat and buy a glass to the meal, and to buy bottles to bring home. A bottle costs about 18€. I really...
