Outstanding guided tour around the salt farm about salt recollection, where you could taste different types of salt, phytoplant and salicorn. There is also a nice salt shop with salt and aromatic especies mixtures. When I visited the place at the end of July, guided visits were only in French. Very interesting little museum. If at all possible, take the tour where you visit the salt pans. If you're lucky you can see the fleur de sel being harvested.
