We booked paragliding for 2 people via phone during our vacation at La Reunion. Everything was set: the date, the time, and the procedure was explained. We were only supposed to receive confirmation from their side the night before if the flight is gonna happen due to the weather. After spending our day at Piton de la Fournaise with no signal, we found out that we received the message of confirmation that the flight WILL happen, but also after that another one asking US to confirm if we are coming or not - although during the booking and the phone call it was NEVER !!!!!!! mentioned that we have to confirm as well, since EVERYTHING WAS AGREED on the day of the booking. With us not having a clue about this, they sent another message shamelessly saying that they gave our places to other people although we saw that they tried to call us clearly seeing that we didn't have signal mentioning that they have a lot of demands. As they canceled on us at last moment, we didn't have chance to book another flight as the weather deteriorated for the next days. This is a good example of LUST thinking ONLY about money, a recipe of destroying your good rating and a great definition of loosing customers. I will make sure a lot of people hear your name. Its a shame that I can not give you ZERO stars. "I couldn't risk to loose the spot "(not to loose the money no matter what), BRAVO!
SINCE I CAN NOT REPLY TO YOUR COMMENT I WILL PUT IT HERE: I truly understand your point here, HOWEVER - IF CONFIRMATION WAS SO IMPORTANT FOR THE WAY YOU DO YOUR BUSINESS, it should have been said during the booking via the phone call so we can send you a message of confirmation. UNFORTUNATELY, you never mentioned that you will need a confirmation from our side and it was not in our mind and obligations to have signal and to check our phone since for us the reservation was completed. I don't think that when you book something - whatever this can be - a restaurant, a guide tour etc. you always need a re-confirmation. Especially if it was NOT mentioned during the time of booking. So yes, I find your action truly unprofessional. Next time maybe you can mention to the people during booking, that they need to confirm to you one more time, which was not told to us! so we can talk a lot here, but in this case you should take responsibility for your actions which is not fully informing the customer of the way you...

The preparation was really well explained at each step coupled with a genuine ambience between everyone present at the take off site , All mates together . It was all made to be so easy by Joss and I had no fear

Everything was perfect from the pick up point to the soft and easy landing. They even gave me a free video of the take off and I was lucky to have a beautiful sunny and clear day to make the view of the lagon so stunning! A big thanks to the Insul'Air team!
