Oude door water aangedreven molen voor het malen van walnoten. Het pulp, dat overigens onmiddellijk gegeten kan worden, wordt vervolgens geperst van waaruit olie en andere natuurlijke stoffen komen. De walnotenolie is uiterst geschikt voor salades, het meel dat overblijft (fijnmalen van de geperste pulp) is zeer geschikt voor het bakken van taartjes.
