This is a partially restored ruin of an ancient Roman winepress. It is enclosed but fully visible through glass panels, with signs to read inside and artifacts to look at. Many people posted pictures of the villa and winery ruin on this location, and while they are very close and I'm sure part of the same establishment back then, this is a freestanding structure about 100-200 meters away from the villa itself.
