The concept and experience are very good. What I found extremely disappointing, was the total inflexibility concerning a voucher: we made a gift for Christmas years ago, but then the person whom we offered the voucher got a medical problem for more than nine month. After that came along period of lockdown due to covid. We could’ve had it refunded at that time, but found it was a tough moment for all of these enterprises in the entertainment branch. Today, I lay hand on the voucher again and even though it is long expired, I was asking if it could be extended for just two weeks from now, so the person (who is now in good physical condition), could use it. Despite my explanations the request was rejected. We are not talking about a large group or anything of real great money value. Just one ride for one person (would have brought others with him, but now will never go) It was just a kind gesture asked for. We had many of expired voucher experiences due to Covid. This is the only time I get a full rejection....

Great experience, even for a adrenaline junkie like me, who thought I wouldn't enjoy the experience as much as bungee jump, or a tandem skydiving jump (which I both did already).

Instructor didn't have any issues explaining and working in English, as my German is still quite poor.

The facilities are new, clean and very modern. Staff and instructors were nice, and very helpful.

I had the 4min M flight package, which was in the end plenty of flying! I thought 4 min would be too little, but my body could barely take that despite being in good fit 😅. A bit pricey, but if you're fine with it,...

The experience with instructor Clara was exceptional. Engaging in various activities across two flights, I had the opportunity to explore a multitude of techniques under her guidance. Particularly noteworthy was the 'taxi flight,' a unique experience that elevated us to an impressive height of 17 meters. The sensation of the wind during this activity was surprisingly pleasant, reminiscent of a gentle massage.
