Would've easily given more stars for a view from the top of the tower.... but after a 1k hike straight uphill, we found it was locked. I'm sure it would've given great views of the mountain valley and Berwartstein Castle.

Leider seit Jahren ( andere die ebenfalls hier waren bereits geschrieben )verschlossen. Kleiner Tisch lädt jedoch zum Pause machen ein mit dem Ausblick auf die Burg. Berwartstein.( Anstieg war nicht ohne )

Unfortunately, the city of Erlenbach does not maintain the viewpoint. In that case, it does not make sense to drive to the castle. It is quite common in Germany that viewpoints are not maintained, which is testament to German...

Ok for stopover. Smelly toilet blocks, though clean. Showers v hot and no apparent way to regulate temperature. Food at on site restaurant...
