Waldspielpark Louisa — Attraction in Frankfurt

The park is very nice but the directions on google maps are very unpractical to the park.. it guides you to a (Sbahn) metro station and then through a very narrow route in the forest that isn't easy to walk through especially if u have kids or have accessibility issues (example a wheel chair or baby strollers) .. there is another metro station that is a bit further but much more convenient and the route to the park is lively and clear and easy to use for all people unlike the first route. Heute an einem sehr heißem Tag sind die großen Bäume sehr angenehm schattenspendend.Ein sehr guter Ort um der unerträgliche stickigen Hitze in meiner Wohnung zu entgehen.Nach jahrelanger Leere im Kiosk/Imbiss ist da jetzt wieder ein neuer Pächter drin so dass man im Park selbst jetzt wieder Snacks und Getränke kaufen kann aber ich habe noch nicht geschaut was da jetzt angeboten wird. Keine 300 Meter entfernt ist auch eine Tankstelle und noch näher eine Pizzeria für ganz hungrige! Morgens ist im Sommer natürlich viel Betrieb durch Klassen und Kindergartengruppen die oft einen Ausflug zum Louisa Park machen aber die sind meistens bei den Wasserspielen und man findet auch eine ruhigere Ecke wenn man möchte.Auch wenn der Park nicht sonderlich groß ist Ist er dafür groß genug. Die Toiletten sind manchmal sauber manchmal auch nicht so aber noch benutzbar. Leider auch manchmal ohne logischen Grund geschlossen.ich kucke wenn ich ankomme immer erstmal ob die auch offen sind!Ist nämlich keine angenehme Überraschung wenn man viel getrunken hat und dann unerwartet vor geschlossener Tür steht! Ich bin früher mit meinem Sohn oft hier gewesen als er noch klein war und es sind auch hauptsächlich Eltern mit Kindern da aber ich fühle mich auch als Frau ohne Kind inzwischen hier nicht...
