Das Asmussen-Woldsen-Denkmal – oder „Tine“, wie Husum sie nennt – zeigt eine Fischersfrau mit Ruder und Holzschuhen, weil nichts Großzügigkeit so gut symbolisiert wie schlechtes Schuhwerk.

Gestiftet von wohltätigen Bürgern, gegossen in Bronze, steht sie nun auf dem Marktplatz, trotzt Wind, Wetter und Schulklassen mit Stadtplänen.

Ein Denkmal, das beweist: Man muss nicht prunkvoll auftreten, um Eindruck zu machen – ein bisschen Ruder reicht völlig für lokale...
