MAXXARENA — Attraction in Kirchheim bei München

This place is perfect for children of all ages and is ideal for groups of 8-10 for birthday parties.

My son and I booked a spot at Maxxarena, but booking early is essential because it's a popular place. They offer different packages with prices varying depending on the number of kids and activities you choose. In my opinion, the best package for a birthday party is the two-hour MAXX KLETTERN + MAXX Trampoline package. All the kids had a great time and enjoyed it the most.

I found the place to be overcrowded over weekends, and I noticed that the staff, who were primarily young teenagers, were not well organized. In the Maxx Klettern section, only one staff member was responsible for the entire area, resulting in parents having to assist their kids and others.

On the other hand, staff could be observed discussing things without showing any interest in what was happening. It was frustrating to have paid a considerable amount and not receive reasonable service.

Just for your information, we paid 670 Euros for 12 kids, three hours packages, pizza, and a nugget package.

One major drawback of this place is the lack of adequate management for the personal staff. Without proper organization and supervision, the environment can quickly become chaotic and dangerous, with a high risk of accidents and unwanted situations. To avoid such circumstances, it is crucial to hire experienced senior staff who can effectively manage and maintain order in the place.

Visiting this place as a family is a great idea. However, I would recommend looking for alternatives in the Munich area when it comes to birthday parties. The hall and facilities are great. Two starts are less because of service experience. We booked a package of trampoline jumping plus Climbing for birthday celebration. Website says that the person who book should come 1 hr before and all invited kids 30 mins before. Two days before the celebration told. All kids should come 1 hr before. After reaching the hall, we found out that it was a misinformation. To be fair, the leading service person there made a table available for the kids so that they did not have to stand. Later the kids were told to go to a room for instructions for climbing. After waiting for some time we were told that do the jumping first and later come for climbing gear. (If the bookings are done, including payment, it is just an organizational matter to make the climbing gear available. ) We were told to do jumping first because of unavailability of gear. To make the matter worst, the persons standing at the entrance of jumping area, refused to let the kids enter. They were sent off saying, climbing is first. After explaining the kids were let in. (No co-ordination between two service persons) Jumping and climbing was booked for 1 hr each. After 1 hour we approached the person for climbing. The person told us, we should have been in the instruction room 15 mins before. Again we spoke with the service person leader. The same person standing at the jumping area entrance was sent with us for the climbing instructions. This time again, not enough climbing gear was not available. So half kids with gear and half kids were without gear. The service person simply told us there is not enough climbing gear available. Nothing can be done. It can be certainly...

Ich war das erste mal selbst in der Maxx Arena und habe dort den 10ten Geburtstag meiner Tochter gefeiert. Mit der Buchung hat alles super geklappt nur der Preis (295€) für 7 Kinder für 1 Stunde Trampolin Park und 1 Stunde Hüpfburg sowie das Pizza Paket hat mich etwas erschrocken. Als wir angekommen sind wurden wir zunächst an den falschen Platz gebracht und haben auch die Flaschen Bändchen für die verschiedenen Aktionen erhalten. Mir ist es dann selbst aufgefallen da ein falscher Name an Tisch stand. Schnell hat das Personal reagiert und sich entschuldigt- für mich völlig in Ordnung Fehler können immer passieren. Nachdem wurden wir an den richtigen Platz gebracht (Neon Räume). Für diesen Raum hatte ich etwas draufgezahlt. Der Raum war allerdings sehr kalt und auch sehr muffig von anderem essen. Wir haben dann aber die Fenster geöffnet und damit hat sich die Luft wieder zirkuliert. Kalt war es trotzdem auch die Bänke auf denen die Kinder saßen. Die Aktionen haben den Kindern sehr viel Spaß gemacht und sie waren richtig ausgepowert. Für den Kuchen waren schon Papteller bereit und wurden von uns benutzt und dann zusammengelegt und weggeschmissenen. Da wir gemerkt haben das für die 7 Gäste nur 3 Pizzen kommen haben wir noch Pommes und Nuggets selbstständig dazugebucht und bezahlt. Als Pizzen wollten wir 3 Margherita anstelle 2 Magherita und 1 Salami. Leider kam das Essen nicht pünktlich um 16 Uhr wie vereinbart nach 10 min fragten wir nach. Der Mitarbeiter war leider total überfordert und brachte uns wirklich so langsam die Pizzen, dass wir selbst mit vor sind und die Sachen selbstständig zu unserem Tisch gebracht haben. Es waren auch keine 3 Margherita wie vereinbart sondern 1 Salami. Nach dem ich 4 mal gefragt habe ob wir bitte Pappteller für die Kinder bekommen ist er der Frage ausgewichen und meinte unser Tisch hatte schon welche. Wieder sind wir selbst zum Bistro und haben uns selber Pappteller geholt. Das Stille Wasser durften wir auch nicht mehr auffüllen lassen sondern mussten kleine Flaschen jewals neu kaufen . Im Preis sind nur 2 Wasser und 2 Apfelsäfte. Ich finde für diesen erheblichen Preis kann man bitte erneut Pappteller ausgeben oder davor informieren das man nur 1 mal die Möglichkeit hat sie zu benutzen. Schade finde ich auch das es keine kleinen Schmankerl für die Kinder gab z.b. jeder ein Slushi umsonst wie in anderen Einrichtungen. Die Maxx Arena an sich macht sehr viel Spaß aber einen Geburtstag würde ich dort nicht...
