I was disappointed because I thought I could go inside to visit. But it turned out it was a private residence only. The exterior has some charm and there’s a public park outside of it. And of course you can see the Rhine river. But that’s all about it. Walking into the surrounding old town was lovely though. Taking the chance to explore the old town made up...

Schöne Anlage, frei zugänglich. Dort zu wohnen muss ein Traum sein :-)

Scannt bitte mal den QR Code am Eingangstor zum Garten/Park. Da kann man dem Themenweg "Historisches Lahnstein" erleben. Sehr interessant. Es gibt auch Videos. Wenngleich diese Youtube Videos eher für Kinder gemacht sind, sind die Erklärungen auch für Erwachsene oder Sehbehinderte interessant.

Und jetzt auch die Turner Route, scannt...
