Frankly, Luitpold Park is my favorite park in Munich. The place is so calm and not crowded even in the summertime. One of the most beautiful skyline panorama of Munich opens from the upper hill, at day time and in the night. The green lawns, benches are best suitable for meditation, reading, yoga, music listening or city gazing. INSIDER TIP: May is the greenest point in the park with a spectacular chestnut blooming and huge dandelions covering the lawns. The lush vegetation is at its peak in May. And June, July and August are the perfect time to see the wild alpine flowers, which cover the lawns like a colorful carpet. It is the best time for the picnics on the grass. Also during the warm months the small Biergarten zum Brunnengarten is open, offering the super tasty Balkan grill dishes and beer.

This park offers a pleasant atmosphere with abundant greenery, a spacious play area, multiple playgrounds for children, scenic walking trails, and hiking paths. It is easily accessible via U-Bahn, tram, and bus, making it a convenient destination for families and friends. Children will especially enjoy the various play areas available. Additionally, the park is well-known for its sledging opportunities during snowy winters. Overall, it is a fantastic place to visit and spend quality time with loved ones.

Details: Der Park erstreckt sich von Schwabing bis nach Milbertshofen und ist die grüne Oase der Ortsteile. Spielplätze// 4 Stück: Pumukelspielplatz (Wasserspielplatz, Boot-Spielplatz (Wasserspielplatz), Krokodil Spielplatz, Neuer Spielplatz Plus ein Abenteuerspielplatz ( Nähe neuer Spielplatz/ allerdings nicht öffentlich) Wirtschaft vorhanden, neben dem Pumukelspielplatz oder in der Nähe der Strebergärten Grillplätze: nein Basketballplatz: ja Tischtennis: ja Picknick: ja Öffentliche Toilette: ja/ neben dem Pumukelspielplatz U-Bahn Verbindung: U3 Petruelring Bus und Tram: ja Hundepark: ja Strebergarten: ja Neben dem Pumukelspielplatz wird je nach Seson auch öffentliches Yoga, Pilates, Kindertanzen, Sport und co. angeboten. Der Park ist eine Ruheoase in dem ganzen Großstadtgetriebe. Er bietet viel Platz zum entfalten und man kann sich etwas erholen vom Alltagsstress. Die Kinder kommen auf İhre kosten. Nice central-location park, clean and well maintained. Several playgrounds for kids, ability to let dogs off leash in some areas. Small hill provides great views and added calorie burn for walkers and runners. Cozy beer garden. Close to Subway Stop.

一個面積很大的公園，屬於在地居民很生活化的公園。許多人遛狗、散步、休息。路過時可以進來拜訪，要走完大約會花30分鐘。 方尖碑可以拍照，很有紀念價值的雕塑。
